We want you to feel safe and confident in the water with RESTUBE. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused RESTUBE device and all original accessories back into its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
